In June 2017, I made my way north. Wayyyyyyy north. Four flights and two days later, I landed in Longyearbyen - The most northern human settlement in the world.  It was there I met my fellow shipmates - a mixture of artists and scientists from all over the world - and boarded the S/V Antigua. What was to follow was a lifechanging two weeks spent researching, recording, capturing and collaborating one of the most beautiful and wild places on the planet. Much of my energies were spent under icebergs and ice floes, on top of and within glaciers with an array of microphones capturing the icy voices of the arctic.  This residency was also part of This Everlasting Light - and a series of installations and performances took place in and around Svalbard.
